We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates (UAE). For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at info@kaarigraha.com before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time, which will be mentioned in the product details.

Delivery Time & Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days across the UAE.
Express Shipping: Available for select locations with delivery in 1-3 business days. Additional charges may apply.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of the items.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s status.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

We ensure all items are securely packed. However, if you receive a damaged item, please email us at support@kaarigraha.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review and arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable.
